TITLE

Challenges and Strategies for Plant Conservation in Response to Climate Change

Recently the Mongolia flora includes 3127 taxa(included additional 131 subspecies and 32 varietes) of vascular plants, distrubuting over 683 genera, 112 familes, 39 orders, 14 classes or clades, 5 divisions and 3 superclades are recorded from Mongolia
Currently according to the data, Mongolian vascular platn has 153 species of endemic plants, 458 species of antropophilus plants, 143 species of auatic plants, 70 species of relict plants, 47 species of wilding crops, 135 species in Red Book, 148 species of Red List, and 8 species of in II annex of CITIES
The most endemic species to the following phyto-geographical regions of Mongolia: Mongolian Altai(61 species), Gobi Altai(46), Khangai(45) and Dzungarian Gobi(32) regions. The information ont he Mongolian vascular plant species regionalized by presenting the records separetely for 16 phytogeographical regions

TITLE

International Workshop on Maintenancce of the Healthy Ecosystem and Biodiversity Conservation

Under the theme of ""Maintenance of Healthy Ecosystem and Conservation of Biodiversity,"" a program will be conducted by the steering committee and on-site visits (visits the Jangbaek Mountain Research Institute and 25ha long-term monitoring test sites, visits to the summit of Jangbaek Mountain)
As a result of the Steering Committee, Mongolian Academy of Sciences General and Experimental Biology Research Institute and Tokyo Agricultural University in Japan have been approved as general members

The 2019 EABCN Workshop and the EABCN Steering Committee will be held in Russia under the auspices of the Russian Botanical Garden in Vladivostok
